I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Bad Eisenkappel. First of all, the location was perfect - right in the center of the village, close to everything. I loved that the rooms had balconies, it was so nice to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even had the option for online check-in, which made everything so convenient. And let me tell you about their breakfast - it was absolutely delicious, with so many options to choose from. I was really impressed with the value for money, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel was located conveniently close to all the main attractions in the village, with parking spaces included. the room was clean, spacious, and equipped with helpful information about entertainment possibilities in the area. Staff was efficient and very helpful, with exceptional service. Breakfast was tasty and offered plenty of variety. the hotel had excellent WiFi connectivity and a very quiet surrounding.

There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain which was not pleasant.

The walls were quite thin, and we could hear noises from the corridor. the beds creaked loudly whenever somebody moved, which was quite disturbing.

Great location near everything, and it was easy to find on the main road. The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities. The staff was cheerful and attentive to my needs whenever I needed their help.

It was hard to rest at night due to the noise from the busy road outside. Plus, the old windows made it even worse!
